Word Game Helper is a free word finder for NYT Crossplay, Scrabble, and Words with Friends. You enter the letters already on the board, add your seven tiles, and get the best word suggestions ranked by score—including double and triple letter and word squares and a 40-point bingo bonus for using all seven tiles.

Tips for the Best First Move

Your first word must cover the center star. Use the tool to try different racks and see the top plays. High-value letters (J, Q, Z, X) on double or triple letter squares score more; placing a word over two double-word squares can double the score twice.
